Hidden Talent interview on BBC Radio Leicester

One of our young peer researchers, Chris Colley, shared his insights on the hidden talent project in an interview with BBC Radio Leicester.

The Hidden Talent project promotes inclusive recruitment and encourages employers to see the strengths instead of focussing on the conditions that people might have.

“Finding the ability behind the disability” is the tagline Peter Colley, Chris’ brother and co-founder of the project, uses in his blog.

The project first started as part of the Prince’s Trust, Talent Match Leicester initiative. Hidden Talent will continue to have an impact with local employers in 2019 with the help of Access Generation. More to be revealed on this in the new year!
