Building the Workforce of the Future Guide
The ‘Building the Workforce of the Future’ Guide has been revised for 2023. Access Generation originally helped shape the employer guide launched by Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) which helps employers navigate all the options for bringing young people into their businesses.
The revised guide was created by a working group of school, college and university representatives and other providers, including Access Generation.
For employers concerned about future recruitment, there are lots of ways to get involved in the local community and reach the next generation of workers at an early stage.
