What happens once I have paid?
You will receive an email within 48 hours from subscribing to start the accreditation process.
Who endorses the accreditation?
Young people designed and built the accreditation which was validated by Dr Rebecca Steer and the Prince’s Trust.
How will the accreditation help with attraction, recruitment and retention?
The assessment will help you identify what's missing, and what needs promoting and give you insights to attract the next generation.
What's included
Our young advisory team will scope out the assessment and what areas of attraction, recruitment and retention you would like to work on. And then the following steps would occur:
The assessment
A young advisory team would externally assess the career/job section, application process and employer value proposition.
Report and Recommendations
The results would be analysed and benchmarked against other employers. Recommendations proposed based on our research and young people’s expectations.
Presentation and Accreditation
The young advisory team would present the results including an action plan and gap analysis to stakeholders of your choosing.
