Headline results from the latest research on employment accessibility

The headline results from our latest employment accessibility research are out!

This is an external assessment of the job section on employer websites, which was designed and delivered by young people.

We identified that the biggest barrier to employment for young people is the job application process with 80% of young people reviewing an employers website before applying regardless of where they first see a job advertised.

Young people have a criteria for choosing an employer and expectations of the online application process.

This latest research includes 600 employers, 450 of which have been previously assessed by our peer panel of young people. We will be publishing the full report next month (sign up to our mailing list to be the first to receive a copy).
