Businesses need to avoid being left behind by having a willingness to challenge their own business models. 

It’s more important than ever to have the right culture that can support change and embrace innovation.

Businesses can achieve this by having an engaged culture and diverse demographic in their workforce.

In fact, diverse teams are said to make decisions 60% faster than non-diverse teams (source: CIPHR).
