We’re pleased to announce that we are running a training workshop during the Leicester Business Festival fortnight.

The UK’s biggest business festival runs from 29 October to 9 November with more than 150 events happening around the county.

Our training workshop, “How to become an employer of choice for the next generation” will take place on Thursday, 8th November at Harborough Innovation Centre 9am-12noon.

This free event will explore the do’s and don’ts to becoming an employer of choice for the next generation. Delegates will gain a better understanding of what key messages are needed to attract the right candidates and learn how to reduce the cost of recruitment by creating your own pool of people.

We will be running the event supported by the Prince’s Trust initiative, Talen Match Leicester.

Delegates will learn from the experience and insights gained from our research project with Talent Match Leicester. The project involved young people designing and delivering an assessment which scored the job/careers section on over 200 Leicestershire company websites.

Our event is suitable for hiring managers, HR, marketing and operational leads looking to attract high-quality employees.
