#AccessYourTruePotential

Our peer panel has launched the campaign #AccessYourTruePotential to highlight the top concerns young people have when applying for jobs online and call on employers to change the way they attract and recruit. This campaign is launched on the back of the Employment Accessibility Report which saw our peer panel assess 600 employer websites and their job application processes.

The campaign and artwork were created by our intern and now peer panel member, Suraya Mayes, backed by our peer panel and validated by our interns Afra Padmore, Bryanna Khumalo and Kate McQuaid.

Questions for employers...

  • Do you know what it takes to promote yourself as an employer of choice for young people?
  • Does your recruitment process positively show that you care?
  • Are you prepared to recruit based on personal attributes and skills alone?
  • Are you proud of the recruitment process and candidate experience?
