Supporting initiatives working with communities and young people

Community programmes

We provide employer engagement activity with local initiatives who engage with the community and young people. Our primary role is to bridge the gap between these initiatives and the wider business community.

Gen @ Work

Young people from the peer panel at Access Generation CIC have helped develop a programme working in partnership with Leicestershire Cares to provide work experience for care leavers aged 18 to 25.

The Gen @ Work programme has received funding from the government’s Coronavirus Community Support Fund distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund. Find out more

Work.Live.Leicestershire WiLL
Access Generation was the employer engagement delivery partner for the Prince’s Trust in the Work.Live.Leicestershire (WiLL) project being led by sight loss charity, Vista. This project aimed to support 500 people who are unemployed or economically inactive and living in rural Leicestershire. See our case study on the project.
