Are you fed up with not getting your application acknowledged, not receiving any feedback and struggling to find entry-level roles? This is your chance to have your say and change the way employers attract and recruit inexperienced young people.

Access Generation CIC is a social enterprise that empowers young people and business to make the world of work accessible. We want to make sure our work represents the views of young people and invite you to join our peer panel. This is a voluntary role open to 18-30 year-olds (some paid work opportunities will be available throughout the year).

Frequently asked questions

How much time do I volunteer?

This is a flexible voluntary role so you can give as much or as little time as you want. Most of the peer panel work will be done via the WhatsApp chat group. We will have paid work opportunities from time to time that we will offer the peer panel. These opportunities will be to attend events and presentations.

What's involved in being a peer panel member?

We would invite you to join our WhatsApp chat group where we regularly post questions and ask for your thoughts and input into the content we are producing for employers. We want your help in promoting the accreditation to other young people (see our #AccessYourTruePotential campaign). We will hold a video call chat once every few months to give you an update.

Who can be a peer panel member?

Anyone aged 18-30 can become a peer panel member. You can be based anywhere as our peer panel meet virtually and our vision is to make Access Generation global!

How do I join?

Simply use the form below to register your interest. We will then be in contact within one working week to arrange a video induction call. You can register to join at any time as this is an open invitation with no closing date.
