#AccessYourTruePotential is a campaign to highlight the key issues young people face when trying to get into work. We want to see employers make a commitment to change the way they attract and recruit and we want young people to sign a petition to encourage employers to make these changes happen.

This campaign has been created by our intern, Suraya, who validated our research, the issues young people face when applying for jobs and created the artwork for the campaign.

This campaign is being supported by the Prince’s Trust Get Hired platform.
